I want to thank Car Care Center for the service and the hospitality they showed me as they completed the repairs on my vehicle. I was driving from Northern Virginia to Dallas TX and my car died. They provided what I believe to be service above and beyond what might be expected. I am not a car person but they explained the issues I was dealing with in an easy to understand manner. In my time at the shop, I observed them treat everyone who walked in the door with the same care and professionalism that they showed me. Also while I waited, they called customers to make sure they were happy with prior service. My car made it safely back to Texas and has given me no trouble. Thanks so much for everything!
