I stopped in for an oil change and they got me right in even though I didn't have an appointment. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. I enjoyed the waiting room snacks and coffee. Ill be back!

With 60,000 miles on my brakes and being new to Nashville I was fortunate enough to find Steven and Paul. Bing bang, my car is fixed and I’m home again. Very clean sitting area, snacks and drinks. Polite and a person answers the phone. I highly recommend Car Care Center. 5 Star in my book.

I have had issues with my car shaking while I'm driving a certain speed and The Car Care Center is literally right across from where I work. I decided to call the number outside the building and spoke with Steven about the problems and he told me to bring it in and they would do a full diagnostic on it and let me know what was wrong. He called me as soon as it was done and told me what was wrong and got it fixed before I even got off from work. My car is driving so smooth now. Steven and his team did such a great job and it didn't inconvenience me at all because he took care of it right away. I also got a text message with a link to my diagnostic so I could see everything they went over. I would definitely recommend him and he is now my forever mechanic!!
