I’ve used the Car Care Center several times over the years on several vehicles. I hate having to go to a mechanic, but I really appreciate their honesty. They have never tried to upsell me and have been very clear about exactly what needs to be done. If they have noticed something other than what I brought my car in for, they have told me if it could wait, and have even told me they wouldn’t spend the money to fix it if they were me. What mechanic has that kind of honesty? Once time I took my car someplace else, and they even told me if the other shop was priced fairly. They treat me like a friend. They aren’t a budget mechanic, but since when is getting a car fixed ever cheap. My last repair they were even able to to do my repair for $500 below the original estimate!! Everyone hates having to go to a mechanic, but the honest business practices of Car Car Center keep me coming back time and again.

I had two problems last week (brakes and power window motor) I needed fixed so I could go back to work. Crystal was able to assign two mechanics to work on my vehicle. They diagnosed, ordered the parts, and installed all in one day. Many thanks to Crystal and the mechanics! I am also very impressed with the Inspection/Vehicle Health report they provide. It is more comprehensive than anything I’ve seem before, even from a dealer. GREAT SERVICE!

We were in a pinch and needed our tires looked at and had a large drive ahead of us, they were fast and courteous and were able to get us back on the road and safely home. Crystal and the team there did a great job. Would highly recommend them

I can’t really rate the work, because the cost was just too high. Thankfully another place nearby was able to do the job that I needed for much less money. I’m sure Paul and company are very competent and professional, but I just could not afford them!

These are car people. Very knowledgeable. Also very honest. I had a problem that I thought need a tune-up. No charge. They sent me back to dealer for a warranty repair on the transmission fluid recall. Fixed the problem at zero cost.
