My 2010 car had several issues going in–burning oil, check engine light on for unknown reason and braking issues. The diagnosis was received via text with complete details, including pictures of issues found and explained in detail what could be done. They corrected all the issues and I left with my car driving better than it has in years. They were very kind and professional and I will definitely be back when needed. After moving to Kingston Springs I found the Car Care Center and within just a few visits they knew me by name. They always take good care of my car and don’t try to sell me products or services that I don’t need, but they always give me thorough updates on the status of my car and issues I may want to look at in the future though they are not urgent at present. Prices are very fair and I can always get an appointment in under 7 days, occasionally even the same day. If I just get an oil change I wait in shop, and they are always done in a reasonable amount of time, 30-40 minutes at most. It’s nice to be able to support a small business that is run by good people and has good employees from top to bottom.
