Awesome job… and Great customer service

My 02 silverado broke down on the side of the road with a bad alternator. It was 3:00 pm the day before Thanksgiving so I’m sure Paul and his staff were ready to close up and start their holiday weekend. They dispatched a tow truck, got me and my truck to the shop, replaced my alternator, and had me on my way home by 5:30. These are the friendliest and most professional guys you would ever want to do business with. Their shop is amazingly clean and organized with a super comfortable and inviting waiting area. Ill let you use your own judgement regarding the cost as I know all the things I just mentioned definitely have a value and are very rare. The 10 mile tow, alternator (these run about $200) and the labor was $650. Also, Paul offered to take me home, if I wanted, while he did they repair. I decided to wait and it took about 20 minutes to change out the alternator. Paul turned what could have been a really bad day into a minor inconvenience.

I took my Hyundai Sonata in because of a broken trunk latch. To get by before I could get it fixed, I had used duct tape to keep the trunk closed. Not only did they fix the trunk quickly and for a reasonable price, they went above and beyond by removing the tape residue from my car. I highly recommend them!

Great service

I heard about The Car Care Center several months ago and made a note should I need service. I recently had to be towed to the repair shop and when I called about bringing my car in, I couldn’t have asked for better service. They arranged for my tow and got back to me quickly with their inspection and repairs needed. My car was in and out same day and I couldn’t be happier. Very nice employees to work with and the shop was very clean and professional. I will definitely use them again!
