Very overpriced but good customer service. Steven was a really nice guy. Unfortunately, the pricing was very confusing. I was told $462 for an alignment, 4 tire sensors replaced, and a diagnostic. This was agreed over the phone but then I checked the link he sent me and it was going to be $916. When I called him back and asked him about it, he seemed uncertain about the pricing too. He told me that the tire sensors made it that much and then we agreed to not replace them. That lowered my total price to $234. The alignment was fairly priced but the diagnostic was useless because they don’t have an OBII scanner that shows code history and charged me $75 for a joyride around the block trying to get the service light back on. Lastly, the ~$680 tire sensor job I was quoted was completed by another shop for $250. The other shop also had a quality scanner to look at my code history and we are working on several different issues my vehicle has for almost half the price I was quoted by Car Care Center.

Called in the morning to see if they had any time to check out my brakes on a work truck. Long story short, my truck was repaired and back on the road within 5 hours. Rotors, brake pads, calipers all done in this amount of time. Friendly staff and would highly recommend.

Doesn’t seem like as great a deal as all the good reviews suggest paid close to 1500 for the inspection and a new thermostat assembly and 1 or two hoses and they wanted another almost 1500 to flush out systems, surprised you’d want to flush a transmission at all that’s probably never been serviced unless you’re just trying to upsell. Also had to reconnect a few things under the hood myself when I got it back.

These guys were amazing. I called first thing in the morning and got me in the same day. Communication throughout the entire day. The staff were so wonderful.

My usual auto body shop I’ve been using for a couple years was booked up, so I called around to a few places down the street. Car Care Center was the only one that knew what I was talking about and called me back within an hour with an estimate. Steven the manager was incredible! They fit me in within a few hours and got my car back to me by that afternoon. I’m just blown away by their honesty and timeliness (especially with me being a young female that car shops usually try to take advantage of.) You just gained a new regular customer! I can’t recommend them enough!
