Great communication and transparency into findings of the vehicle inspection. Answered all of my questions in ways that I could understand and made fair recommendations based on the severity of the different issues they found. Very friendly customer service. Will certainly go back in the future.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED! Do NOT take your vehicle here. My child was an out of state student and needed car repairs and they are extremely high. I made out better towing the vehicle home to get repaired.

Excellent service! I brought in my newly purchased 2016 Kia Forte for an inspection before my Carvana seven day return-window closed. I dropped it off afterhours using their late drop-off system. They had my diagnosic report ready for me by 10am the following morning. This was a huge help in deciding whether to keep the car. I was provided with suggested repairs in addition to a very fair estimate. If I didn’t have the CarvanaCare Warranty, then I would definitely be using them for their repair services! 10/10

The car dealership where I bought my car was difficult to work with and took a long time for basic repairs. I knew I needed to find someone else to work on my car and I found the Car Care Center. I started off with an oil change to see if I felt comfortable with them and I was so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism! They not only did an oil change, they also did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and sent me a detailed text explaining what needed to be attended to, what was non-urgent, and areas that passed with no maintenance required at this time. Steven Wright made you feel so comfortable and at ease answering all my questions pertaining to my car. I highly recommend The Car Care Center in Nashville.

They took very good and quick care of me and my car. Had some transmission issues and they gave me a straight statement of best avenues. I will surely be returning for other services, most likely with a new car. RIP
