Very happy with how everything was handled! While I was in Nashville visiting our daughter, I wanted to get her Honda into a shop for routine maintenance. Using only proximity and Google reviews I gave The Car Care Center a call, and from the moment I was welcomed by Steven I knew it was the right choice. They did a diagnostic check which included photos and summaries across a couple dozen items, and we worked from that to do filters, oil change, tire rotation, drive belt replacement and some other minor items. The waiting area is comfortable. While there for about 3 hours, I witnessed how polite, professional, reassuring, and honestly diligent Steven was with myself and other customers. Their parts work comes with a 3 years / 36000 miles warranty. If you are looking for a great shop, give these guys a try!

10 Stars!!! I am blown away by how amazing these guys are. Steven is just the nicest, most honest and friendly guy you could meet. They’re pro and they are top-rate when it comes to their knowledge, parts, work, warranty and even extras. They did a bunch of checks for no charge and they have the same price as the discount place down the street! I just cannot say more that this is THE PLACE TO GO! I will not go to anyone else. Thank you Care Care Center… y’all really do care!

Great experience! Thank you Krystal and Dan. I highly recommend them if your going to inspect a used vehicle. They did such a thorough inspection, top to bottom, well detailed even with photos. I look forward to them servicing my vehicles in the future. God Bless America!

I have never been treated with such friendly service at an auto mechanic shop before. Warmly greeted the moment I walked in. Time passed quickly in the comfortable waiting area with free coffee, soft drinks and snacks. Fair pricing and most importantly, attention to detail when it came to my auto maintenance. Very highly recommended.

We are so pleased to find the Car Care Center in Sylvan Park. Excellent customer and mechanic service on my older car. I received details of what was fine and what issues there were and then discussed them with Steven. There were a number of things needing work. I was amazed that Steven and the staff were able to do it all within one day—something I did not expect given everything that needed to be done. We will definitely have our cars serviced here — honest and excellent.

Called here early Monday morning and asked about my car not being able start. Steven (the gentleman I spoke with) asked me to tow it in to the shop so they could look at it and figure out the issue. After having it towed in I was suprised to get a call back later in the day. Steven told me that they had found the problem and would be able to fix it quickly. Not only is the shop quick, and friendly, but the price I was charged was fair.

This shop is awesome! Not only knowledgeable, but kind, friendly, and courteous too. Imagine that! We drive out of our way to come here because we love the integrity and are confident we will get honest answers and quality work.

The Car Care Center got my car in same hour I called. Had to get it towed to them and they did full auto exam and had my car fixed by the next business day. Very communicative through the entire process. We will return!
